📋 Description

• Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, providing timely, pragmatic, and legally compliant advice to managers and employees • Support managers throughout performance management and probation processes, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective outcomes • Conduct or support workplace investigations, disciplinary, and grievance processes in line with company policies and employment legislation • Coach and advise managers on people management matters, including employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and best HR practices • Prepare and maintain employment documentation, including contracts, letters, disciplinary outcomes, performance documentation, and other employee records • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment practices remain compliant with current employment legislation and internal governance standards • Produce and analyze HR reports and people metrics to support informed decision-making and identify workforce trends • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations, and change management activities • Partner with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of fairness, engagement, and continuous improvement • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion

🎯 Requirements

• +2 years of experience in a generalist People Advisory or Employee Relations role • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices • Experience managing employee relations cases from initial advice through to resolution • Experience supporting performance management, probation, disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes • Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills • Strong written communication skills with experience preparing HR documentation • Analytical skills with experience producing and interpreting HR reports • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) or working towards certification (desirable) • Experience supporting organizational change, restructures, or consultation processes (desirable) • Experience using HRIS and reporting tools (desirable) • Experience working in a multi-site or international environment (desirable)
