📋 Description
• Realizar a operação diária do ambiente Control-M, incluindo monitoramento de execuções, tratamento de alertas e falhas, e garantia da disponibilidade e estabilidade da ferramenta • Criar, configurar e manter jobs e fluxos de execução (jobs de SO Windows/Linux, integrações com bancos de dados e processos de aplicações de negócio) • Atuar em troubleshooting de incidentes e problemas relacionados ao agendamento e execução de cargas • Interagir com equipes de Redes, Sistemas Operacionais, Bancos de Dados e Aplicações de negócio • Apoiar iniciativas de migração de ambientes, implantação de novas soluções, melhorias contínuas e automações • Documentar processos, rotinas e procedimentos operacionais
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência sólida com BMC Control-M (administração, operação e suporte) • Certificações ITIL e BMC Control-M • Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (consultas, integrações e troubleshooting) • Conhecimento em criação e manutenção de scripts Shell Script, Batch e PowerShell
