📋 Description

• Lead product design projects from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Brand Marketing, Data Analysts, Legal and Trust&Safety to solve meaningful user problems • Contribute to product strategy, experimentation, and roadmap discussions • Design mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android with strong attention to usability, accessibility, and visual quality • Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful product experiences • Use analytics, feedback and competitive insights to formulate design decisions • Create prototypes and test concepts to validate ideas quickly • Help evolve and maintain Yubo's design system and contribute to design consistency across the product • Advocate for high-quality user experiences while remaining pragmatic about delivery and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3-4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally within consumer mobile applications • You are comfortable owning projects from problem definition through launch • You combine strong visual design skills with solid product thinking • You know how to use data, research, and user feedback to guide decisions • You can communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • You enjoy collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams • You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve • You have the conviction to make bold design calls and defend them • You design with the user at the center • Experience with social, community, social discovery, gaming, or consumer subscription products is a plus
