📋 Description
• Shape the experience of Europe’s next-generation digital identity infrastructure • Design and deliver world-class identity flows for EUDI and Wero • Lead the conception and prototyping of critical identity journeys • Influence experience principles across the organization • Provide design continuity across various phases of development
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a product-led environment • Strong background in end-to-end product design with advanced UI design skills • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Ability to balance craft, speed, and pragmatism in a real-world product environment • Experience translating abstract, regulatory, and trust-based requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions • Experience building to AA standard • Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); French, German or Dutch or any additional European languages is a plus.
