📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services powering the AdTech platform • Develop scalable APIs and microservices for RTB and publisher monetization • Work on OpenRTB integrations, bidding workflows, and ad-serving infrastructure • Build integrations with SSPs, DSPs, and external AdTech partners • Optimize platform latency, throughput, and reliability • Collaborate with Product, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver new platform capabilities • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical product decisions • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend software development • Strong understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and Programmatic Advertising • Programming experience in Python and/or Node.js is preferrable • Familiarity with VAST, SSAI, video advertising, or CTV is preferred • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
