📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • This role is responsible for selling our diverse range of packages and training aimed at helping insurance agents empower their teams, educate their customers and improve their sales. • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven sales experience, particularly in a commission-based structure, who is eager to contribute to our growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field. • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment. • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. • Experience selling products or services across various industries is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM software and remote sales tools.
