📋 Description

• Independently implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including integration with Employee Central and Recruiting • Guide customers through all project phases, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation • Lead customer workshops and manage implementation activities • Continuously coordinate and communicate between customers and project teams • Take responsibility for on-time, on-budget project delivery, including quality assurance • Collaborate with project management on project plans, schedules, and effort estimates • Identify risks and issues at an early stage and develop appropriate solutions • Manage test activities • Contribute to presales activities, including responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and developing solution designs • Build lasting customer relationships and establish yourself as a trusted point of contact

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including customization and system configuration • Proven experience with end-to-end projects, from kick-off through hypercare • Strong sense of responsibility for delivery quality, time management, and customer satisfaction • Ability to identify risks early and proactively initiate targeted measures • Analytical and structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills when working with internal and external stakeholders • Good understanding of HR processes and their implementation in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
