📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of 10+ Sales Assist Representatives • Drive the team to meet and exceed revenue and customer growth goals • Identify and run high-impact programs and experiments that improve conversion • Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent • Coach and develop your team through regular feedback and career development planning • Partner closely with stakeholders across sales, growth, and data • Oversee forecasting, reporting, and operational inspection

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of SaaS growth sales or upsell experience • 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales or upsell teams • Comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences • Experience designing and operationalizing growth programs, sales plays, or GTM experiments • Strong sense of program ownership and can independently lead cross-functional initiatives • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
