• Responsible for achieving targets allocated to the Engineer / territory. • Responsible for development of business in given territory (Gujarat) • Develop new business / customers while maintaining good relations with existing customers • Conduct plant study / surveys / audits at End-User’s location & accordingly generate opportunities / orders by providing value addition to customers through solutions. • Prepare techno-commercial offer & negotiate to win order • Sizing & selection of ARI products • Responsible for timely payment collections from customers • Work with internal sales team for co-ordination with factory, for timely dispatches of orders, etc. • Support other sales branches whenever required
• Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanical • Experience in similar role and handling the territory (geographical) • Relevant experience and good knowledge of Valve industry and steam products. • Excellent managerial skills • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision • Good communication skills - good verbal & written skills in English • Excellent MS Office skills.
