📋 Description
• Showcase Zapier as a potential solution through live chat (4+ hours) with customers. • Create a Sales Pipeline through live chat queues and product qualified lead (PQL) emails. • Maintain feedback loops back into the organization to improve the sales process.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a solutions engineer, technical account manager, or technical quota-carrying salesperson role in a SaaS environment. • Ability to work a high velocity sales queue for prolonged periods of time in your day (Live Chat). • Naturally curious about AI and regularly experiment with different AI tools to drive efficiency in work. • Comfortable with the technicalities of our product, API offerings, and building solutions with these tools. • Self-managing with a high degree of agency to manage your calendar, pipeline, and hit quotas. • Effective cross-cultural communicator with advanced English comprehension.
