📋 Description

• Take ownership of AWS infrastructure work for the product engineering team • Act as a bridge between the engineering team and CloudOps, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment • Support infrastructure improvements, refactoring, and performance-tuning initiatives • Offload infrastructure/DevOps tasks from the engineering team so they can focus on business logic and product development • Work autonomously to identify and resolve infrastructure challenges with minimal supervision • Contribute to the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud infrastructure • Work within an AI-driven product team on a fintech project

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong track record in senior-level roles • Strong AWS expertise and ability to take ownership of cloud infrastructure work • Experience acting as a liaison between engineering and CloudOps/infrastructure teams • High level of autonomy, adding value quickly with minimal onboarding or supervision • Solid experience with infrastructure refactoring and performance tuning • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset • Experience making decisions, working proactively and autonomously, and maintaining attention to detail • Nice to have: experience within embedded or cross-functional product teams • Nice to have: familiarity with AI-driven platforms or SaaS environments • Nice to have: experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tooling
