📋 Description

• You will support the site manager in overseeing our projects during the operational phase in the Frankfurt area, with a focus on technical facility management. • You will assist with planning, coordinating and monitoring the agreed services and technical processes — always with an eye on quality and smooth operations. • Together with the site manager, you will be the point of contact for our clients as well as for internal teams and external service providers. • You will support the monitoring of budgets and the control of costs and revenues. • You will participate in the preparation of proposals and tendering procedures. • You will create and maintain property-specific documentation and assist with reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree, ideally in Facility Management, Real Estate Management or a comparable qualification; alternatively a commercial or technical vocational qualification with an FM/real estate focus. • Initial practical experience in site/property management or property management (e.g. through working-student roles, internships or similar). • Strong customer and service orientation, and a structured, careful way of working. • Willingness to gradually take on responsibility and enjoyment of working in a team. • Solution-oriented approach and a hands-on mentality.
