📋 Description

• Plan and coordinate wind operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency • Ensure pilots and customers have a positive experience with Zeitview • Recruit and train new pilots through the online training program • Prepare everything pilots need before arriving on site to deliver projects on time • Resolve operational issues and maintain high standards of quality and service for clients • Support pilots with site access and planning needs • Help resolve project issues • Apply knowledge of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while adhering to Zeitview SOPs • Maintain awareness of the wind industry • Occasionally collaborate with the Quality Control team • Manage multiple projects and communicate with field pilots about day-to-day challenges • Maintain daily reports and updates using spreadsheets and software

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English is required • Turkish language skills are ideally also desired • Project management skills • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable using Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs • Comfortable using Slack • Comfortable using Coda • Comfortable using Asana • Familiarity with the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements, is a nice-to-have • Ability to work independently and in a team • Excellent communication and writing skills in English • Ability to communicate with customers, pilots, and internal teams
