• Manage and schedule pickups using the company’s internal system • Review pre-set delivery appointments and assign optimal pickup times • Coordinate and adjust pickup schedules throughout the day as needed • Analyze delivery timelines and transit requirements to ensure operational efficiency • Maintain high accuracy in scheduling and data entry • Ensure timely execution of all weekend pickup operations • Communicate and coordinate within internal workflows to support smooth logistics flow
• Strong attention to detail and solid decision-making skills • Comfortable working with internal systems and computer-based scheduling tools • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Logistics, dispatching, or transportation experience is a plus (not required) • Must not be employed or actively working with any other logistics company concurrently
