📋 Description

• Manage emails, schedules, and daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups for the Director of International Recruitment and Immigration Services. • Serve as the liaison between the Director and internal staff, ensuring business priorities are efficiently addressed. • Manage social media accounts focused on recruitment and immigration to boost brand visibility. • Create and schedule engaging, targeted content for international recruitment and migration audiences. • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine engagement strategies. • Handle client interactions post-initial contact by the CEO, ensuring seamless communication. • Maintain long-term client relationships by promptly addressing their needs. • Assist in creating strategies for sourcing candidates for international recruitment. • Conduct market research on recruitment trends and immigration pathways to Australia. • Assist in preparing immigration documentation and marketing materials. • Research market trends, including visa pathways and client needs, to inform strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Recruitment, Immigration, or a related field. • Proven experience in administrative roles or virtual assistance. • Familiarity with recruitment processes and Australian visa requirements. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Experience in business development or international recruitment. • Knowledge of Australian immigration pathways (e.g., 482, 494, 186, 190 visas). • Proficiency with content creation tools and social media management platforms. • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing strategies.
