📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 30-50 midmarket accounts • Build relationships with key stakeholders such as City Managers • Execute structured success plans • Conduct regular check-ins and usage reviews • Provide adoption insights to support renewal conversations • become a Zencity product expert

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment • Proven ability to manage 30+ accounts simultaneously • Understanding of local government operations – budget processes, council dynamics, departmental structures • Strong communication skills with senior officials and operational staff • Comfortable with CS platforms, CRMs (Salesforce) • Familiarity with data analytics or community engagement tools • Experience using AI tools to improve delivery
