📋 Description

• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to placement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies. • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall recruitment goals. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company (preferably services/consulting related) • Spanish and English proficiency preferred • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards • Preferable experience with using Lever or other ATS experience • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a team and autonomously • Strong organizational skills
