📋 Description

• Own pipeline targets and the marketing budget, proactively managing deviations from plan • Develop the marketing strategy in collaboration with the executive team • Refine positioning and messaging for B2B target audiences • Bring the marketing perspective to strategic decisions as part of the management team • Lead the marketing team and support its professional and personal development • Manage and evaluate agencies and service providers, particularly in paid marketing • Build demand generation across multiple channels • Improve lead quality and handoff to Sales • Ensure tracking and attribution across the entire funnel • Analyze campaigns, funnels, and conversion rates and derive concrete actions • Further develop SEO and AI Search • Further develop the website and increase lead generation from existing traffic

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation • Proven track record of achieving pipeline or revenue targets and managing budgets • Experience leading marketing teams and developing employees • Experience managing and providing functional leadership to agencies and service providers • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, particularly Google Ads and Paid Social • Confident in analytics, tracking, and attribution; ideally with experience using HubSpot • Comfortable using AI as part of everyday work • Hands-on mentality • Excellent German language skills and strong communication skills in English
