📋 Description

• Leitung und Koordination von IoT‑Projekten im direkten Kundenkontakt • Erstellung technischer Konzepte und Begleitung der Umsetzung • Ansprechpartner für technische Fragestellungen vor Ort • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Erstellung technischer Angebote • Verantwortung für das technische Anforderungsmanagement • Enge Kommunikation mit Kunden und relevanten Stakeholdern • Konfiguration von Anlagen und Systemkomponenten • Technischer Support für Hard‑ und Software – remote und direkt beim Kunden • Durchführung und Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen • Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Systeme • Lückenlose Dokumentation aller Service‑ und Projektaktivitäten • Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit Engineering, Vertrieb und Support zur Sicherstellung höchster Qualität

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. staatl. geprüfter Techniker) • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an praktischer Arbeit im Feld • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Motivation, neue Technologien und Systeme kennenzulernen • Klare und zielgerichtete Kommunikation – auch in interkulturellen Teams, auf Deutsch und Englisch • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Embedded‑Hardware sowie Grundkenntnisse in Linux sind von Vorteil
