📋 Description
• Act as the senior people partner with a very Commercial focus • Translate business strategy into people priorities • Provide data-backed, commercially grounded advice on workforce planning • Support regional headcount governance • Lead on change management for significant business transformations • Shape and embed performance frameworks • Serve as the trusted, on-the-ground People partner for specific functions • Own and manage complex, sensitive, or high-risk Employee Relations (ER) casework
