• Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within the UK & Ireland market • Strong understanding of UK & Ireland business dynamics and commercial regulations • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution • Ability to build trust and influence at senior levels • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
