📋 Description

• Grow and retain a book of top-spending, highly engaged clients • Own sales targets, consistently meeting and exceeding quota • Develop builder relationships through communication, in-market visits, and industry events • Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and analysis • Deliver marketing solutions to promote new construction communities • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with performance insights

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B sales and/or account management • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners • Process-driven, organized approach to sales execution • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Proficiency with sales and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Domo, Highspot, Salesloft, and Gong • Familiar with sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDPICC • Experience with builders or the new construction industry is a plus • Able to travel approximately 30%
