📋 Description
• Lead AI-first product strategy for mortgage fulfillment workflows, operational tooling, and decisioning systems across the loan lifecycle • Redesign complex, multi-step operational processes for quality and efficiency • Define how work moves across people, systems, and handoffs
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder products or workflows in regulated or operationally intensive environments • Strong AI fluency and product judgment • Ability to translate complex operational pain points into clear product strategy and execution • Comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces end to end
