📋 Description
• Drive the vision and execution of enhancements to Workday across various modules • Influence product direction while driving end-to-end execution of projects • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve self-service across Workday domains • Create clarity in ambiguous situations and communicate product direction effectively
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with direct product ownership in an Agile environment • 2–4 years of experience executing product development within Workday • Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HCM, AI, and/or Extend • Proven ability to manage and deliver across multiple large-scale initiatives • Clear, concise, and effective communicator
