• Manage full-cycle B2B sales for North American accounts • Conduct discovery calls, virtual demos, and proposal presentations in English • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Maintain a strong outbound and inbound pipeline • Build and nurture long-term client relationships • Understand client needs and position tailored solutions • Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• 3–7 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, technology, digital services preferred) • Advanced / near-native English proficiency (C1–C2 level required) • Experience selling to U.S. or Canadian markets • Strong understanding of consultative sales methodology • Excellent virtual presentation and communication skills
