• Own the Top of the Funnel: Drive the sourcing strategy for your pod, using your expertise to build a deep pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. • Proactive Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize your skills with LinkedIn, advanced Boolean search, and other creative channels to find and engage top passive talent. • Build the "Hot List": Actively build and nurture our "Hot List" of pre-vetted, high-potential candidates, ensuring we have a warm pipeline for our most critical roles. • Initial Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls and administer assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and motivation, ensuring only well-matched talent moves forward in the process. • Market Intelligence: Collaborate with your Recruiter partner to analyze market trends and provide insights on talent pools to continuously refine your sourcing strategy.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sourcing or top-of-funnel recruiting role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment. • A proven track record of using proactive sourcing techniques to find and engage passive candidates. • Expertise with modern sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn and advanced Boolean logic. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and conduct professional screening calls. • Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining a clean pipeline in an ATS. • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required. • Note on Experience Level: • We value and appreciate diverse professional backgrounds, but this is a Junior-level role designed for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in the recruiting field.
