📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top university (e.g. UP, Ateneo de Manila, DLSU, or UST) • No BD experience needed • Ability to independently identify priorities and act without a manager's direction • Ability to engage business owners and HR heads persuasively • Ability to drive deals from initial contact through signed contract • Ability to conduct demos, follow-ups, and closes • Strong persuasion and interpersonal influence • Proactive, target-driven approach • Persistent follow-up discipline
