📋 Description

• Management of ancillary tax obligations: take operational responsibility for all federal obligations, ensuring accurate submissions and compliance with regulatory deadlines. This includes SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, ECF, ECD, DCTF, DCTF‑Web, EFD‑Reinf and DES‑IF. • Tax Reform: lead Zippi's preparation for the impacts of the Tax Reform on ancillary obligations, with focus on DeRE and Split Payment—mapping what changes, defining processes and ensuring compliance from the outset. • Tax structuring and governance: identify gaps, define the tax system to be used, participate in its implementation, and build routines and processes that scale with the company's growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of federal ancillary tax obligations: SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, ECF, ECD, DCTF, DCTF‑Web, EFD‑Reinf and DES‑IF; • Knowledge of Central Bank (BACEN) obligations (CADOCs, COSIF chart of accounts); • Understanding of the impacts of the Tax Reform on ancillary obligations, with emphasis on DeRE and Split Payment; • Degree in Accounting; • Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax; • Experience in a company regulated by the Central Bank (BACEN).
