📋 Description

• Develop and implement regional business strategies and plans to achieve sales goals • Monitor performance and report on metrics • Oversee operational practices, ensuring each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates • Coordinate with territory managers and agents, understand their problems, and resolve them • Set standards and objectives for different areas • Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines • Deal with escalated customer issues, incidents, or complaints • Review regional expenses and recommend improvements • Address employees’ issues and ensure their satisfaction • Oversee the operations and performance of the LifeVest wearable cardioverter defibrillator division for patients at high risk of sudden cardiac arrest • Manage the south Italy territory for the LifeVest division • Work primarily with customers in the cardiology sector, including emergency, resuscitative, and intensive care

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience • Prior experience in the medical sector, preferably in Cardiology • Besides Italian, fluency in both written and spoken English is obligatory • Assertive, respectful, team oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills both internally with co-workers and externally with customers and business partners • Goal-oriented thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approach • Applicant must be prepared to travel frequently
