📋 Description

• Contribute to the continued development of tomedo.air, a platform-independent practice management system • Engage directly with customers through interviews and usability testing • Analyze the workflows of physicians and medical assistants, as well as processes, user needs, and regulatory requirements • Design clear interfaces for information-rich medical workflows • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final designs • Use Claude Code, Figma Make, and other AI tools for prototyping, research, and routine tasks • Develop new AI-supported workflows as part of the team • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to clarify problems and develop solutions • Bring the UX perspective to prioritization and product strategy • Work as a sparring partner within the four-person UX team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or comparable qualification in UX, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • At least seven years of experience in UX • Ideally, experience with products for medical professionals • Experience in UI design, DesignOps, and the continuous improvement of design processes • Solid knowledge of UX principles grounded in theory and research • Experience working with component-based design systems • Several years of experience in research and product discovery • Ability to derive insights from research and translate them into product decisions • At least one year of experience developing your own AI workflows for prototyping, research, or recurring tasks • Programming skills are not required, but you should be comfortable working with code • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to work • Ability to maintain an overview, make decisions, and provide direction even when working with regulatory requirements, changing priorities, and incomplete information • Fluent German at a minimum C1 level
