• We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professionals. • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for various IT issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role or similar, preferably in an IT environment. • Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies. • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
