📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record keeping. • This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes. • Support the performance management process, including scheduling reviews and tracking feedback. • Prepare HR reports and presentations. • Assist with employee relations activities, including organizing company events and initiatives. • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Manage HR department calendars and schedule meetings. • Process and track HR-related invoices and expenses.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
