📋 Description
• Acting as a trusted advisor to UK/I senior leaders by supporting organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to drive key people projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives • Partnering with P&C Centers of Excellence to manage bi-annual reviews for performance, promotions, and compensation, whilst overseeing initiatives related to employee engagement, development, and legal compliance to maintain an exceptional employee experience • Ensuring full adherence to local labour laws, regulatory standards, and organizational risk management across the UK/I region and guiding People Relations in addressing employee relations cases, grievances, and conflicts effectively and compliantly • Leveraging P&C data analytics to track trends, measure success, providing clear reporting on workforce trends, compliance metrics, and representation activities to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) are essential. • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR roles • Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and regulations within EMEA
