📋 Description

• Exercise judgement to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts • Determine policy verification and coverage by analyzing applicable coverage for claims • Participate in Risk Management Agency initiated reviews and referrals for operational integrity • Protect Zurich’s reputation by keeping claims information confidential • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • 4 or more years of experience in the agricultural or crop insurance industry • Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) Certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire date • Personal transportation and travel within assigned territory • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills • Strong organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
