📋 Description

• Develop and execute the commercial plan based on the sales channel strategy and the corporate insurance business strategy, defining priorities, targets and strategic direction. • Strengthen and drive strategic relationships and the distribution of corporate insurance with Global Brokers, identifying opportunities to convert new business and retain renewable portfolios while seeking profitability. • Monitor commercial performance through key sales funnel management indicators and quality metrics collected via surveys conducted by global brokers. • Ensure governance, track plan vs. actual performance, and correctly prioritize opportunities. • Lead and develop the commercial team under your responsibility, promoting high performance and collaboration. • Work cross-functionally with internal areas, aligning priorities and ensuring fluidity and agility in commercial execution. • Serve as a technical and behavioral reference for the team, fostering a culture of execution, commercial discipline and customer focus. • Lead strategic projects with well-defined scope that increase efficiency in commercial activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; • Preferred: Postgraduate degree or extensive training in administration, marketing, commercial management or sales; • Language: English (mandatory); • Spanish (desirable); • Deep knowledge of Corporate Insurance — Financial Lines, Surety, Property & Engineering, Liability, Marine (Ports & Terminals), Motor Fleet, Corporate Life; • Strong leadership, influencing ability and strategic vision; • Results-, governance- and execution-oriented profile; • Comfortable operating in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
