📋 Description

• People management (monitoring and technical/behavioral development of the team); • Support to Management through planning, KPIs/reports and monitoring of deliverables. • Ensure the team's compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as internal and external audits, and requests received through Zurich's service channels. • Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines for requests and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • Intermediate to advanced English. • Availability for occasional travel. • Experience in team management; • Experience in Life Insurance (Individual, SME and Group); • Technical experience in analysis/underwriting/heightened-risk cases for Life Insurance; • Knowledge of billing operational routines; • Knowledge of SUSEP circulars for personal insurance; • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Lean.
