• Based at our Frankfurt office in the Digital Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and measuring KPIs and OKRs to steer performance across the entire digital customer journey — from first contact to phone-based closing. • You will design dashboards and management reports optimized for their target audiences and drive the further development of the digital end-to-end (E2E) tracking strategy as well as the cross-channel integration of end-to-end tracking tools. • Using your expertise, you will actively support conversion optimization, identify targeted opportunities through ad-hoc analyses, and provide well-founded recommendations to improve sales performance. • With strong technical affinity, you will take ownership of projects to advance cross-channel tracking, technical web implementation, and the creation of optimal data structures — particularly with consideration of modern AI tools. • You will enjoy working as a team player in an agile environment and support both Digital Marketing and Sales teams in achieving data-driven targets in direct sales.
• Degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or Psychology, or several years of professional experience in web analytics. • Solid knowledge of GA4, Looker, Google Tag Manager, as well as server-side tracking and cross-channel tracking logic. • Proficient in JavaScript, SQL and Power BI for building integrated dashboards and reports. • Experience in digital analysis, KPI-driven optimization, building data structures, and using AI tools to derive actionable recommendations. • High level of self-initiative, strong team skills, and a structured, responsible way of working.
