📋 Description

• Project management – Transformation & AI strategy • Independently plan, manage and execute strategic AI and transformation projects (end-to-end) • Demand planning and initiation: requirements gathering, business case development, resource and capacity planning • Stakeholder management: identification, analysis and targeted communication with all relevant internal and external project stakeholders • Risk management: systematic identification, assessment and control of project risks, including escalation and mitigation planning • Creation and maintenance of project structure plans, milestone plans and status reports • Responsibility for the roadmap of our conversational AI solutions (e.g., chatbot/voice-bot systems) • Prioritization, backlog maintenance and sprint planning using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) • Functional leadership of interdisciplinary teams from development, CRM and external service providers • Facilitation of workshops, decision-making processes and sprint ceremonies • Planning and conducting user testing for early insights and iterative improvements • Identification and evaluation of new use cases for conversational AI and automation • Definition of requirements together with development teams, realistic estimation of effort and technical feasibility • Quality assurance, testing and coordination of go-live processes • Independent implementation of hosting and deployment of AI tools and prototypes on Microsoft Azure • Version control and collaboration on code via Git/GitHub – including branching, reviews and releases • Hands-on use of Claude Code for developing, automating and ensuring quality of technical solutions • Preparation and transition of proofs-of-concept into production-ready, hosted applications • Technical interface between product ownership, the development team and IT infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, ideally with a focus on software- or AI-driven products • Alternatively: experience in management consulting or in the tech sector with a strong focus on digitalization, data or AI • Solid knowledge of agile project management (Scrum, Kanban) • Strong technical understanding of artificial intelligence/machine learning to realistically assess use cases and steer development teams effectively • Experience in stakeholder management as well as in facilitating workshops and decision-making processes • Microsoft Azure: practical experience with hosting and deployment (e.g., App Services, Functions or comparable services) • Git/GitHub: confident handling of version control, branching, pull requests and CI/CD pipelines • Claude Code (or comparable AI-coding agents): hands-on experience in practical application for development and automation • Basic understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP and prompt engineering to realistically assess feasibility and effort of conversational AI use cases • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into well-founded decisions • Hands-on mentality, rapid iteration and strong results orientation • Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluent in German & English) • High initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of taking responsibility in flat hierarchies • Fluent German and English skills.
