• Ensure our talent acquisition process runs efficiently and equitably. • Partner with our People Experience Coordinator to manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, as well as our recruiting processes and resources. • Build strong relationships and partner with Hiring Managers to deeply understand their hiring needs. • Review applicants and perform initial talent screens with qualified candidates. • Continuously improve our hiring process, proactively seeking feedback from Hiring Managers and candidates to provide an exceptional experience for both. • Engage with external agencies as needed to fill roles with exceptional talent. • Champion internal mobility by advertising our open roles, ensuring a fair process for our Watopians and external candidates. • Actively promote and champion our referral program. • Enhance our Employer Brand. Respond to Glassdoor reviews and be an advocate for our brand on LinkedIn. • Represent the People Team in our ERGs. Incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into Zwift’s People Practices. • Responsible for the creation of all People Team surveys. • Support the Manager, People Experience with Training and Development initiatives such as owning our training platform, Udemy, and coordinating training programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant HR Certification and 3+ years of work experience. • Experience in recruiting either in-house or within an agency. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Solid understanding of local and regional People practices. • Analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and translating findings into recommended actions. • Proactive, self-directed, motivated, and results-oriented individual with a high dedication to quality while handling multiple, and at times competing, priorities. • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times. • Resilient and adaptable to change. • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite. • Greenhouse or other ATS experience. • Workday HCM or other HRIS experience.
