Beschreibung

• Move candidates smoothly through interview stages and coordinate scheduling • Execute onboarding logistics and ensure a strong first-day experience • Maintain hiring documentation and handoffs from offer acceptance to day one • Serve as the single source of truth for employee information • Keep the HRIS updated, accurate, and audit-ready • Track birthdays, anniversaries, and other key dates • Ensure payroll data is accurate before every cycle • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws • Manage leaves of absence, accommodations, and required documentation • Keep workplace posters, policies, and employee handbooks current • Answer employee questions about health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits • Coordinate with benefits providers and troubleshoot issues • Support administration of tech stipends and other employee programs • Run employee surveys and synthesize feedback into actionable insights • Nudge managers to complete performance reviews on schedule • Help organize team events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives • Provide leadership with visibility into team sentiment and engagement trends

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or HR generalist roles • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and HR administration • Familiarity with employment law, compliance requirements, and benefits administration • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment • Experience in technology startups or high-growth companies preferred • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred • Experience with payroll systems and benefits platforms preferred • Background supporting remote or distributed teams preferred • Familiarity with building HR processes and documentation from scratch preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States (application question) • Professional qualifications may be provided (application question)
