Beschreibung

• Run the full production process for assigned conferences from the 180-day milestone through post-event wrap-up • Lead milestone production meetings • Create detailed run-of-show schedules and venue layouts • Manage room capacity against final content and expected attendance • Manage A/V teams on visual and audio production needs • Review and manage rental orders and vendor requirements • Hire and coordinate temporary event staff • Own vendor contracts across venue, catering, A/V, rentals, video, and photography • Manage deadlines and certificates of insurance • Manage catering selections and final guarantees • Build and maintain event budgets and track costs as scope changes • Place badge, program, and signage orders • Coordinate shipping and staff travel • Produce virtual events on platforms such as Zoom • Act as point of contact for sponsors on event logistics • Administer sponsor deliverables, including advance materials, display-item shipping, and presentation media • Assign sponsor table locations • Confirm sponsor and speaker registrations against the production plan • Conduct post-event feedback calls • Contribute to renewal rates and customer satisfaction scores

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4-year college/university degree at minimum • Strong academic background • Minimum of 3 years of full-time, professional post-graduation experience • Direct experience producing complex events, including corporate or marketing events, executive gatherings, conferences, trade shows, festivals, or arts events • Accountability for events being successfully delivered • Experience as a named point of contact for external clients, sponsors, or partners • Experience working in-house at a corporation at some point in your career, in any function • Experience managing many concurrent events against fixed deadlines • Experience owning event budgets and vendor contracts • Comfort with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday as a daily working tool • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Willingness to travel regularly for events
