Beschreibung

• Serve as the first tier of support for HR-related questions • Resolve inquiries directly or route escalations with context • Support employees throughout onboarding, job changes, leaves, performance programs, and offboarding • Handle high-volume employee tickets across multiple communication channels • Respond to ambiguous or complex questions with clear, actionable guidance • Review end-to-end HR processes and cross-team handoffs • Partner with HR teams on enablement materials for enterprise initiatives • Represent the employee experience during HR product releases, initiatives, and system changes • Participate in testing and validation of system updates • Identify gaps in documentation, education, or system functionality • Serve as a power user of HR systems, including HRIS • Educate employees and managers on self-service options • Monitor inquiry trends and recommend improvements to knowledge articles, workflows, and system design • Monitor internal social platforms and communication channels • Identify emerging employee concerns and topics requiring broader communication • Partner with HR and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging • Support HR programs such as level-ups, reorganizations, and enterprise initiatives • Maintain applicable controls and compliance standards, including SOX/SOC where required • Protect the confidentiality and integrity of employee data

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred • 2+ years of experience in an HR, operations, support, or service-oriented role, preferably in a high-volume environment • Prior experience supporting employees or customers through case management or ticketing systems preferred • HRIS experience strongly preferred • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and think through non-standard requests • Customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering an excellent employee experience • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization • Analytical and process-oriented thinking with attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent outcomes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours
