Beschreibung

• Manage client success and provide strategic product consulting • Work closely with the programmatic marketplace operations team to maximize client revenue • Provide tactical and strategic guidance on using Triton tools for clients in Europe and the Middle East • Provide hands-on assistance in resolving clients’ strategic and operational product issues • Develop strong relationships with customers, sales teams, multiple teams and organizational levels, and other Client Success Managers • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients in Canada and the United States • Manage and cultivate positive client relationships to retain clients • Understand clients’ businesses, needs, expectations, and requirements • Maintain thorough knowledge of Triton products and services • Monitor client needs and business evolution to maximize success with Triton products • Collaborate with internal Sales Managers to deliver new services and nurture client relationships • Track and measure progress across multiple ongoing tasks and projects • Coordinate with the Implementation Team to ensure the on-time delivery and activation of services • Collaborate with the Support Team on major client escalations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in client success management and strategic product consulting • Strong written and verbal English skills • French language skills • Competence in a consultative client management approach • Strong problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment • Excellent customer service skills • Proven experience in digital advertising and its ecosystem • Knowledge of ad-serving technologies and ad servers preferred • Radio and/or podcast experience or a passion for these industries is an asset • Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools and spreadsheets • Excellent time management and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with broadcast ad scheduling and trafficking preferred • Spanish is an asset • Must be bilingual and based in Quebec or Ontario • English resume required
