📋 Description

• Lead the design of enterprise application and software engineering transformation solutions • Define target application architectures aligned to business capabilities and customer objectives • Design modern software solutions using microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native principles • Assess legacy application landscapes and recommend replatforming, refactoring, decomposition, and cloud migration approaches • Develop product-centric operating models supporting agile delivery, platform engineering, and value-stream-based organisations • Define integration architectures leveraging APIs, event streaming, service meshes, and integration platforms • Embed security, resilience, observability, and performance best practices into solution designs • Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, data, and DevOps specialists on end-to-end transformation propositions • Support client workshops, bid responses, technical presentations, and solution governance activities • Contribute to Atos application modernisation offerings, reference architectures, and engineering accelerators • Guide customers through application modernisation, software engineering transformation, cloud adoption, and platform engineering initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in application transformation, legacy modernisation, and cloud adoption • Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native design • Experience with Agile delivery, product operating models, and platform engineering • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP • Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, or serverless platforms • Presales experience including solution shaping, customer workshops, and bid support • Stakeholder management experience • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification is nice to have • Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications are nice to have • Experience in Government, Defence, Financial Services, or other regulated sectors is nice to have • Platform engineering and developer experience tooling is nice to have • Large-scale digital transformation programme experience is nice to have
