📋 Description

• Coordinate and allocate responses to internal and external partner requests for assistance with customer and partner agreements and other contract-related requests • Manage the lifecycle of SailPoint templates, including NDAs, Framework Customer Agreements, SaaS Agreements, customer Schedules/Quotations, SOWs, DPAs, and transactional documents • Assist with the creation and distribution of Delivery Notices for SailPoint Offerings and Other Services • File fully executed agreements with identified attributes linked to customer and partner accounts • Maintain up-to-date account and contract data in Salesforce and the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system • Undertake specific project management support as needed • Shadow team members to learn SailPoint contracting and workflow processes • Review internal courses and resources to understand how sales teams work with the Contracts team • Triage requests through Salesforce and Outlook • Create and update framings within the CLM tool and assist with CLM implementation iterations and updates • Execute quotes in a timely fashion • Build relationships with Deal Desk, Accounts, and global Contracts teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years working in a SaaS company or commercial environment is preferred • High aptitude for creative problem solving • Strong ability to work and think independently • Prior experience with Salesforce, quote to cash system (QTC) and CPQ processes preferred • Excellent attention to detail – methodical, organized, and process driven • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal • Ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders and colleagues and to facilitate co-ordination of cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple matters under pressure and in line with Quarter-End and Year-End timescales • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience • Must be based in any UK city
