📋 Description

• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects • Deliver visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet • Educate clients on professional accounting and tax services using a consultative sales approach • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle • Use the CRM system and other sales tools to manage the pipeline and client information efficiently • Help small business owners access affordable tax and accounting solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales experience • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Skilled at building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented • Excellent time management skills • Comfortable and adaptable with new technology • Collaborative team player open to coaching and mentorship • Experience closing a high volume of high-ticket items preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must work from an approved state • Must provide own equipment • Must work in a designated home office where sensitive conversations cannot be overheard • Quad-Core CPU • Minimum 16GB RAM • Minimum 25 Mbps download speed • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed • Windows or Mac operating system; Linux not accepted • Second monitor, webcam, and headset • Standard operating hours availability from 9:00am–5:30pm EST • No visa sponsorship available
