📋 Description

• Verify contact lens prescriptions by processing inbound images from customers and eye care providers • Process an average of 125 items per hour (approximately 875 items in an 8-hour shift) • Follow standardized processes to achieve the best customer experience and remain compliant • Respond to emails and text messages from customers regarding their prescriptions • Advise customers regarding any order adjustments • Interact directly with customers through email, text messages and sometimes via the phone • Abide by 1-800 Contacts policies and procedures • Live the company values: Big Hearted, Unconventional, Tenacious, Better Together • Perform other duties as assigned by managers

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience • Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) • Technical proficiency • Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better • A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality • High adaptability and change agility • Solution-oriented, positive, and driven mindset • Self-motivated and competitive with excellent memorization skills • Reliable attendance and commitment to working scheduled shifts • Training and working remotely from approved locations: North Carolina, Texas and Utah • A weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is mandatory each week
