📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities • Deliver and customize technical presentations on 1Kosmos solutions • Explain solution value, use cases, required capabilities, and differentiation to customers • Participate in sales calls to manage technical requirements and simplify customer needs and actions • Identify and develop innovative solutions to meet customer requirements • Develop integrations with applications where necessary • Lead and respond to RFPs • Interface with analysts and provide questionnaire responses and demos • Develop demos for various verticals • Focus on large, complex, and short sales opportunities with complex customer needs • Write Proof of Value success criteria, configure validation environments, manage the process, and communicate progress to customers and sales account management • Provide demonstrations and presentations for webinars, tradeshows, and marketing events • Review customer RFP requirements with sales and clients, establish the right solution, and advise whether to bid • Provide implementation leadership where required • Provide market functionality feedback to the product team and influence the product roadmap • Interface with company leadership and report on sales and solution engineering when required • Mentor other solution engineers and grow the team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to communicate technical and business information to varied technical and non-technical audiences • 5+ years of solutions engineering or pre-sales experience • Prior experience with Identity Proofing/Identity verification technologies and knowledge of the space • Prior experience assisting with Public Sector and Federal opportunities • Knowledge of Public Sector terminology • Experience in Access Management and the IAM domain • Understanding of leading cloud provider technologies such as AWS or Azure • Knowledge of scripting • Experience using AI tools to make processes efficient • Value-based consultative approach and ability to articulate solution value against customer challenges • Ability to develop broad awareness of client technical architecture and emerging technologies • Ability to analyze customer needs through research and troubleshooting and recommend solutions • Experience with proof-of-concept planning • Experience with implementation handoff methods • Experience integrating with enterprise applications and APIs • Experience working with technical buyers, security teams, procurement and RFP stakeholders, and executive leadership in public sector accounts
