📋 Description

• Own the technical win in complex enterprise deals from discovery through close • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers on Simpplr's AI Work Platform, AI Intranet, AI Search, and AI Agents • Conduct technical discovery of customers' HRIS, ITSM, Slack/Teams, and knowledge-system connections • Map customer requirements to solution architectures • Design and deliver tailored live demos and proof-of-concept builds • Architect and prototype agentic workflows and integrations using APIs and MCP tool connections • Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires • Translate architecture into procurement-ready answers • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide technically credible sales positioning • Share field insights with Product and Engineering • Represent Simpplr's AI story through webinars, conferences, and content

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales at an enterprise SaaS company • Hands-on fluency with LLM APIs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock • Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and function calling • Strong command of REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SSO, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and iPaaS/middleware • Comfort with light scripting or development using Python, JavaScript, or similar • Track record of translating technical concepts into business outcomes for VP- and C-level audiences • Experience leading RFP/RFI and security-questionnaire responses • Ability to deliver confident, high-stakes live demos • Prior experience selling or supporting an intranet, employee experience, ITSM, or HR-tech platform • Experience building or prototyping an MCP server, custom GPT/agent tool, or AI agent integration • Experience presenting at industry conferences or webinars as a technical AI evangelist • Cloud or AI platform certifications are a plus • Ability to work anywhere within the United States, the country of hire
