📋 Description

• Work with regional sales teams to convert prospects to customers • Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demonstrations at client meetings, webinars, and customer events • Deliver product messaging through whiteboard and slide presentations • Manage proof of concepts and RFP response documents • Respond to functional and technical customer questions and requirements • Perform complex workflow analysis and examine interactions between Freshworks and customer infrastructure • Collect, assess, and convey customer requirements to central product management • Advocate for the Freshworks brand and promote product solutions and services to prospects, customers, and partners • Collaborate with sales, product management, and client services to execute sales strategy • Train sales teams on Freshworks products, technical aspects, and new product features

🎯 Requirements

• Native level written and oral communication skills in Dutch or Swedish • Any other European languages are an added advantage • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar technical solution engineering role, preferably in ITIL/ITSM, SaaS, or software product environments • Experience in a SaaS or technology product organization • Experience with ITSM/ITIL methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure • Excellent senior customer stakeholder, including CxO, and internal communication skills • Experience working on complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise business segments • Excellent communication and listening skills • High-level presentation and demonstration skills • Enthusiasm for helping and serving clients • Strongly customer- and solution-oriented personality • Highly driven with an execution focus and strong sense of urgency • Ability to work effectively in a high-energy team environment
